i would do the usual - meet all my freinds and family and tell them how much they mean to me and how much they have influenced my life etc. But i think it is important to reflect back at your life.. the acheivements you have made, the highs and the lows of your life, the people that you met, the things you discovered and the things that will stay in your memories forever :) we only live once, we all need a reflection in some point in our lives, not just before we die.
