I take care of my 21mo old toddler full time and do a good job of tending to her needs. She is a very happy child but lately she has started to cry when she gets frustrated with something such as her toy getting stuck between her bed and the wall or if she wants to run around the house but I put her in her room to play.
I usually help her get her toy un-stuck and show her how I did it or tell her that she needs to play in her room and will get her doll house set up. I decided to try a new strategy and let her solve her own problems when I hear that frustrated cry.
Over the past few days, the frustrated crying has nearly stopped and I've noticed my daughter testing and trying new things when she has a problem. If she can't figure something out, I'll teach her but I usually give her a chance to do it on her own.

I like where this is going and want to continue to teach my daughter to problem solve on her own. Any suggestions on how I could improve my system?

ok,me n this guy r stating to finnally think about going out with eachother, and its been the whole school year so far, so he wants to hang out sometime, cuz we r both a tiny bit unsure if we totally like eachother, but we do like eachother a little, and this whole school year , its been back and forth with us n likeing eachother, so neways, i live right down the block from the school so after school we wanna come to my house, but my mom...she lets me have guys over, but i never tried to ask her to when shes not home, she knows that i would never do nething sexual like yea, but duh, shes a mom, so shes gonna b all like no way, never, so how and when do i ask her to make her say yes,and we r wanting to hang out this week coming up, so i need fast answerss, pleaz! good, sensible answerss, lol, k, thanks!

When you look at MRI scans of people in multiple stages of life, as they get older areas of the brain will begin to darken. What I mean by that is that activity starts to decrease as cells get old, weak, and eventually do not function properly.

The thing about stem cells is that they will naturally take on the genetic code of the next associated cell. Cells are set up to transfer the code for what the cell next to it is supposed to be. So, what if you opened up the brain pan and replaced the damaged neurons one by one? Starting at the deepest point of damage, starting with the first damaged cell in an area and worked out in a spiral taking one stem cell at a time and replacing it where the damaged neuron had been. Then wait for it to take on the proper cell structure, then do the next one. Perhaps a job for nanobiomechanisms.
