Sure. The CIA designs intelligence all the time, whether it's true or not. Oh, you mean intelligent design? Whether I "believe in" it or not, it is absurd on its face and I would hope you could figure this out on your own, what with all the information available literally at your fingertips.

I believe this question shouldn't be included in Science and Mathematics. In the grand scheme of things, everything we know could have been created by an intelligent being. But as for any proof, there is none (and the Bible really doesn't count). What I find interesting is that those who believe in intelligent design don't believe that that intelligent being could have planned for evolution. Just because the Earth was created by a god doesn't mean he would not create in way which allowed for gradual change...

All throughout human history, when man cannot understand something, he generally turns to religion to explain it. Thor used to be in charge of thunder, but was put out of business by atmospheric science. Pestilence, floods, all that sort of stuff was the province of religion until we discovered bacteria, meteorology and such. But, the ancient ways still hang on. Just don't open your computer chip. It is far too complicated to be comprehended by mere mortals.

No. Scientific evidence demonstrates the viability of the evolution.

Intelligent design is a creation myth, like many other creation myths, which rely on faith instead of science. Intellgient design cannot be proved--followers of religions that subscribe to it only rely on their faith, not proof.

The evidence supporting evolution is clear and convincing. The evidence of mysterious forces is also clear and convincing. I like the term, "mysterious design".

Yes I do. Think about it... Look around you. What are the odds that all this would just happen. It would be like a tornado hitting a junkyard, and all the garbage falling into the form of a working automobile. There has to be some higher power that had something to do with it.

Yes I believe in intelligent design because life is far too complex to have just evolved from a single life form. People who believe that life is accident and there is no God involved are just plain weird in my opinion. There is no f*****g way that we just happened for no reason. God wanted earth, people, plants, and animals and that is the reason we are here. Down with the big bag!
