My camera has a little icon and it shows a PC sign when connected but when i try to capture from it it says it has not detected my camera. and its a DV camera and its a JVC

I want this guy so bad its killinfg me I think about him all day long, he knows I like him and I know he feels the same but there is something holding him back from pursuing. He tells me its old girlfriends that are still giving him a hard time and he wants to be done with them but they are driving him crazy. he says he likes to get rid of old business before he starts something new. I'm in love with this guy, I want to ask him out for just one date and maybe I could get this feeling out of my system, whatshould I do? Do you think he will ever come around?

I have a friend who cheated on his wife. Then he became a Christian and asked god for forgiveness. No he says he feels no guilt about what he did because he is forgiven in the eyes of the lord.

So, confessing to invisible Jesus somehow made him feel like he didn't need to confess to his wife. And now he feels like he is completely ok in the grand scheme of things.

I'm not saying he should tell his wife. But the only reason he doesn't feel guilt anymore is because he thinks that praying to some imaginary being made it all better.

Thoughts? Concerns? Flames?

some of the people in the 300mm plant were given a severance package if they signed a no sue agreement. At least one IBM manager told the employees the taxes taken out would be 'gotten back'?????? inflating the amount unrealistically... is it ethical for a manager to bait someone to sign a no sue package by misrepresenting that severance is higher claiming the taxes would be returned...
why would severance income be 'returned' for someone who has to get another job??? Is IBM management ethics scraping the barrel in the hudson valley.?

She started her menstrual just over a year ago, I told her she needs to have a PAP once a year, even though she's not sexually active she can still develope cysts that if they go untreated could leave her unable to become pregnant in the future. She says no way not doing it. Now she needs a physical to join track and field and one of the questions on the form for the doctor is "genetalia". I told her that probably means a female exam including a PAP smear. She says, "fine I won't join track." I told her she needs to get one anyway she may as well get something for it (getting to do sports in highschool) but she says she refuses. When I think about the doctor using the spectrum on her I cringe, she has made a promise to God to wait to have sex until she's married, so this may sound crude but , I don't want anything (inserted) nothing at all until her wedding night. My question to you guys is... do they do a PAP in a sports physical? Do you think she needs one and how do I convince her?
