That's what I had for breakfast this morning - * I also mixed some Benefiber into my orange juice. I've had problems w/ chronic constipation for several years so I mostly pick breakfast items that are whole grain and/or have lots of fiber in them. Do you all think today's breakfast was a good choice for my condition?

My husband was court ordered to pay $400.00 for a QDRO to be prepared, which has not been done yet to date. Well, we are considering just offering a cash settlement to his ex-wife to avoid having to pay the $400.00 fee and to preserve his retirement. Our question is, how do we calculate how much his ex would receive? He will have 30 years in at FMC (Ford Motor Company) soon and will be retiring. She gets half of his retirement earned during 7 years for half of the years of marriage, so she gets half of the retirement earned for 3 1/2 years. I have attempted to calculate this myself but am unsure of the formula used. If my numbers are correct, she'd get about $300.00 a month and she just told me a little while ago that she will get like a grand a month but she can't be right because for her to get a grand she would have had to be married to him for 2/3's of his employment with FMC. Need help calculating the numbers quickly please. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Ive been seeing this guy for a month and a half.hes been really great to me,has taken me home to meet parents,made plans for future(I am his first Girlfriend in 2yrs)BUT,last thursday,i saw one of his "girl"friends all over him and freaked out.he was pretty mad saying I embarassed him.He didnt talk to me all night thurs, or all day and night friday.He finally returned my call on Sat morning.I had a talk with him and he said of course he still wants to be with me,he was just really mad on Fri and had to think.On Sat he had to build something to help his buddy out,and ended up ditching out on his friends bday limo(that i was in)and working on this project until 4am.he never called me all night.yesterday,he didnt answer my calls until about 3pm,he said he was going to do some s*** and to work on this thing again.I said I had to talk to him in person, he said he would call be back, but the never did.Why is he acting like this? is he still mad about what happened.Should i give him space?

im 21....a highschool drop out....whose only experience is stripping wich i quit.......i got pregnant at 16....i let the grand mother (my duaghters dad's mom) take care of her....i get her every weekend ...but i want her back full time......i dont have my own place...i dont have a job.....i would like to go to school and learn something so that way i dont have to make 8.50 an hour ....i dont see myself getting n e where in life making that much money when i have a child.....i tried to kill myself when i gave her to the grandmother bcuz i felt like such a piece of **** that i couldnt take care of my duaghter....i dont know what to do......or how im gonna get by.....i love my duaghter i want to give her the life i never had...i just dont know how.....i know i need my own place....becuase my aunts just not cutting it...and thats what the courts said....i dont know how im gonna afford all of this on my own..........can n e one shed some light on this
