As far as weight loss goes...none of it is effective....diet and exercise is all that helps lose weight...

Absolutely, and it's cheaper too! Though the capsules may be easier to swallow, they are not as effective as plain old apple cider vinegar. To make it more palatable, you can add a teaspoon of raw honey to an 8 oz glass of water, along with your recommended dosage of Apple Cider Vinegar, (usually two tablespoons). Also, remember, Cider vinegar makes a wonderful salad dressing and you can incorporate it into your daily eating routine that way as well.

Apple Cider Vinegar has other health benefits as well, it causes your body's acidic level to change to alkaline, so if you are sick with the stomach flu, drinking the drink above as suggested is also a cure for vomiting.

Also, someone here said that apple cider vinegar will take the enamel off of your teeth which is not true. In actual fact, it is lemon that will do that, and only if they are eaten on a daily basis. Lemon is used frequently in the making of natural salad dressings for a tart flavor, so the apple cider myth is just that - a myth!

Good luck, and I hope this helps!

I mix Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with water and
sea salt . I am not young and I believe it keeps me
healthy and working. The Bragg's includes the 'Mother'
which the Bragg's say is essential to the potency and
effectiveness of the vinegar and it has not been processed
as have other vinegars. So my opinion ...buy some Bragg's mix it with water ...read Dr. Batman's book "Your
body's many cries for water", and have a great life.

Apple Cider Vinegar is actually more of a cleanser, but doesn't remove excess water (wrong type of cleanse). There are some herbs like Yellow Sweet Clover, Bucku Leaf, and Parsley Leaf among others that can help to promote lymphatic drainage, which can help to reduce water retention and kind of even out the excess water in your system naturally and safely. Granted, if you don't want to take herbs or supplements, you could try a lymphatic massage to help move the fluid around and help to get it out of your system. Good luck and I hope I helped!

Usually I would direct you to the chapter of my book named 'Is apple cider vinegar better or the capsules/tablets?' but in this case I shall make an exception and give it to you here.

Method:
Purchase some sour apples from your nearest convenience store. Grind them with pestle and mortar (if pestle and mortar is unavaliable then pop them into a basin and trample on them for a bit. Take a leaf out the ancient Greeks book.) Mix with vinegar and for the added touch of spice just a little Malt Whisky.

Yum Yum.

I would say the tablets/capsules because the vinegar rots the enamel on your teeth
