you know..bra bulge in the back. anyway please dont tell me that you cant spot reduce because i know that and i have already lost fat so i want to tone up my back and arms.

Push ups are great for upper body toning.

The best exercise is water sports--swimming. otherwise get some light wrist weights and work your arms out with LIGHT weights while you walk. You need to get blood flushing those areas. Also, drink no less than 8 glasses of water per day. -more flushing
