i was watching coutr tv adn there was a 7 year old girl that drove here sisters car into the neighbor's house after her sister got out of the car for a second (the girl was n the back seat). why isnt the girl's parents responsible for her actions instead of her sister?

I plan on sublet few rooms. However the apartment require me to get written content from landlord. So I asked through email. The landlord refuse to say no or yes. She keep try to dodge the question by give me answer she think I want to hear. The nearest answer I could get from her was "ok let me know how the apt is doing" which isn't the answer I need.

So I'm think about go ahead and sublet the rooms. If she try to do anything, I can tell her she never say no or yes, so that mean she doesn't care. So if she try to press charge or anything, I can tell the court that she basically make things vague so she can change rules that is on contract accord to her liking without informing anyone. Will this work?

I believe it's illegal to make a contract then change rules without informing the signer. Am I correct?

My housekeeper doesn't always clean everything and I was hoping to put a housecleaning list together for her with tasks that need to be done 1x wk, 1x mo, etc. I've searched online and haven't found anything useful. If anyone has one they are willing to share, I'd really appreciate it. I've thought about making one myself in excel, but am worried I won't remember everything and then she might miss even more cleaning.

Every time I have anything extra it ALWAYS goes to her. I think she needs to get a second job. She is 52 and says she is too old to work a second job. The apartment she lives in is in my name, the utilities are in my name. So when she is late paying as usual I have to call the landlord. When the power gets shut off that is on my account. I just got married and I want to live life. It's embarassing for me to have to flot a rent check for her on my checking account. I got her a checking account and it got closed due to unpaid pay day loans. she just started back working last year after being out of work for 1.5 years. i supported her while in my last year of college. she is in good health. I am only 26 years old and feel like i am raising a child. I dont want any kids because of this. She has ruined it for me. PLease help me!

I went to the er yesterday and they did a urine test to see if I was pregnant and it was negative! I have not had a period since dec 21, I finally got through to the docs and I have appt this coming tuesday but I feel pregnant, I have been ttc for about 5 months now, how accurate is the urine test at the er is it like a blood test? I don't want to have it lanced-ouch!!! It keeps starting to scab over though and then I have to pick the scab off. Hot baths seem to help, any other suggestions? If it does close up, should I try nicking it with a sterile blade? There is still a lot of icky, thick puss draining but I am taking antibiotics. My Dr. told me not to squeeze it but this is the only way to really get all that puss out there. He said this could actually make it go deeper inside, is this true? Also, what helps with the pain? He wouldn't prescribe painkillers and extra strenght Tylenol is not working!
