We have an 19wk stray kitten who loves to play. Our 12 year old cock-a -poo doesn't always feel like playing with her. They end up sparring a little but the kitten almost always wins and hurts the dog's feelings because the dog doesn't always know the kitten is playing; and trust me, I have scratches all over me, the kitten plays a little rough. Was this such an issue in Islam that it needed to be scripture if Muhammad was the last prophet how many people was this scripture written for? Wouldnt a simple note on the prophets door suffice? Is this a corruption of scripture or are you guys still meeting at Muhammad's house for dinner?

we are very firm with him and are not frightened of him, hes not allowed on furniture or beds, and is generally a real softie, all but for this small problem, it started on fireworks night, 2 yrs ago, he never goes out on fireworks night, as he is terrified. thanks for any help. jane

In our modern times the concept of polyamory seems to be causing quite a stir, is it because in following this alternative to monogamy women are also allowed to have multiple spouses/significant others as opposed to polygamy where only men are allowed multiple wives?

My grandma lived from 1889 until 1979 in the North West (ie Wallasey, Wirral). She often used the word "Nuckin" as a term of endearment when talking to children. Does anybody know where this word comes from or what it actually means? I cant find it in any dictionaries so I am unsure of the spelling. Could it be a Cheshire word? I would love to know.

I just saw a question that asked: Have you ever distanced yourself from someone you love for their own good? And one of the responses said, no but for my own good.

I only avoid and distance myself from people I dislike. If you love someone shouldn't you be there for good and bad times? I'm confused...thanks.

I am separated (amor than a year) with a 4 yr old child. I allow visits to my husband, and I still would, even if we were divorced. We do not hate eachother, rather we act as friends, but we know that we can not expect to be together because of other influences and cicumstances that we did not and still can not overpower. We lived together 6 years. From recently I'm seeing another man who realy loves me and adores my child. Actually we were collegues and friends more than 7 years. I intend to live with him and my child, and he also does.
Since the influences and surroundigs I've alredy mentioned about my relationship with my husband are dangerous for my child (he admites that too), I would feel more secure if the other man has a right of custody over my child. My husband would accept it but without losing his rights. Is divorce from my husband and mariage with the other man necessary? Is there any legal possibility for such a thing?

We have been going out for just a year now and still just as in love and happy. I've always been a paranoid person and go through phases. But the other day i noticed she had a couple of very thin scratches on her bum after she got out of the shower. I asked what they were and she said she didn’t know it could of happened in the shower or from her belt that has beads all over it. They defo were not there the day before. I’m sure im just being paranoid, she only went to work in the morning and came straight back in the evening and i know everyone in her office as friends. Its not like you wouldn’t remember where you got them from.??? I don’t know they were to thin and deep to be a mans scratch, more like a cat scratch.

What shall do? Am I being paranoid? How do I get rid of my paranoia i know this has to stop because i don’t want it to ruin our relationship. I am getting better just thought someone could give me some advice that might help, apart from my mates. :)
