my work plays tapes as background music,the other day they played a bay city rollers one, and I was bopping away, brought back a lot of memories, although I was to old at the time to be a big fan of thiers I did like thier music, my boss and myself are of a similar age, and we both had memories of a younger sister or cousin being into them big time, but we could not remember, what year in the 70's they came about, even suggestions from other members of staff didn't help, so if any one out there can help it would be much appreciated..thanks

I have been seeing this guy for about 4 months. We talk everyday, several times a day. There is some distance between us (only an hour).This pasy week, he always seems too busy to chat. It's hard for us to talk during work. He says he is going to call but he doesnt call. He will sent me a message the next day like nothing happened. What is going through is mind. If he has lost intrest, I would be ok with that. I have asked him what is going on and he said he still likes me and wants to keep dating. Why is he acting this way?

My friend gave me a DVD with video on it. It worked on my DVD player, but when I reauthored it with Nero 6, it didn't work in my DVD Player or Playstation 2, but it played fine on my computer. The original DVD's speed was 8x, but my DVD's speed was 4x. Does the speed have anything to do with it, or is it something else?

My whole life I have wanted my mother to be in the delivery room when I had my baby and now that I am pregnant my husband has basically said he wanted it to be just me and him, he banned people from all the ultra sounds and argues with me when I tell him I would like my mother there. He finally told me if my mother was there then he wouldn't be. He knows I wouldn't let that happen. Is he being selfish or am I, and has anyone else had to deal with this?

a small town is flooded and the water is rising rapidly , a man sitting on his roof is spotted by a rescue boat , they tell him to
get into the boat , the man declines the offer and says he will
be ok , the lord will keep him safe ,he tells them to save the others.
The rescuers shake their heads and motor off.

one hour later they return and find the man clinging onto the top of
his tv antena , the house fully submerged .

they insist that he get into the boat , the man again refuses and
says that the lord will keep him safe .

the resquers again give up and motor away .

The water continued to rise and the man drowned.

The man ended up in heaven were he met god , he asked why
am i here ,i had faith ?

god answered , i sent you two rescue boats !!
