I take a multi vitamin (made from real food) and supplements like
fish oil-extra vit c--and cal mac (ascorbic acid calcium mag.) extra vit e..a nitracin pill ...so i want to know where I can go to get educated to see if what i am taking is right. The Doctors don't really tell me anything..they just say...good but not any real advice. the health food stores all have ideas bu i wonder if they don't have a bias? vested interest.?? does anyone have a reliable source that is honest? thanks...i don't want to waste my money

I did some google searching yesterday and today looking around for FREE sites to upload data from my pc (folders and files of music, family photos, etc). There are so many to choose from so I want to know from someone who already uses this which is the best from their experience so far. These files are not for sharing, I just want to upload them somewhere for safekeeping and downloading for later use when needed again...I have so many files and folders as three other people besides myself all use the one computer and I think it would take up to much time and too many cd's to save them all on data cd's so I'm preferrable looking for a free site that will allow me to upload WHOLE FOLDERS to make this go faster.

Can the non-residential parent claim a child for the additional tax credit with the proper signed form from residential parent or as a line 6 exemption only?
Thanks. I've looked all over the irs' site and can't seem to find the answer to this. Maybe it's just too early and they aren't using plain enough English for me :P

nearly a week ago, my boyfriend broke up with me. he's never really trusted me and we have always had arguements about rumours about me and other guys...ive never EVER cheated on him. people have never spoken well bout me cos of things i did in my past (some true some lies) a month ago he confessed that he had cheated like a year ago cos he thought that i did the same. but i ended up forgiving him. we were great together, no more fights or anything. a week ago we started talknig bout the guys i had been with, and things i had done, which were quite embarrassiong so i just denied everything i got really nervous, and he "caught me". now he hates me and thinks im a lying *****. i regret it so much, but i had my reasons. now he doesnt believe anything ive ever told him. and ive only lied on my past! i sent him an email 4 days ago explaining everything, saying sorry and that i really loved him. i really really love this guy, and wud do anything to b with him.i please help!

I happen to have this very nice graveyard shift at work (12am-8am) which has basically messed up my lunches and dinners and has started to affect my gastritis all over again. I really don't like the idea of having to move my lunch and especially dinner to a later time (sometimes at about 10/1030pm) when I have been used to having these at pretty much the same time for a while now. Was just wondering if yall have a healthy and nice suggestion on things to snack on while on graveyard so that I don't end up visiting the vending maching for fatty goodies and coke. I've kept myself drinking water constantly but that does not always seem to help. I have tried eating dinner at my lunch break (usually between 3 and 5 am), and I have tried light and heavy things to eat and they all end up in the same thing: gastritis. I was wondering what else could be done about this so that I asides from being attacked by gastritis can eat healty stuff I regularly don't! All advice is appreciated! :) TNX!
