I know this may be a common sense question, but forgive me, I trying to figure out what is better a certificate or a certification. Why I ask is that I'm going to school for a Medical Administrator and wanted to take some additional course(billing and coding), and there is a school in my area besides the one I'm going to is offering courses. One of the courses you take will give you a certificate when you complete it. I'm just confused is to what can I do with a certificate when applying for a job? I wonder if they will take me serious or laugh me!?!?! I know I'm over acting to the issue, but could some one GIVE ME SOME KNOWLDGE ON THIS ISSUE!!!!!????!?!?

That disturbed me, terribly. She was talking about her sex adventures and fantasies. She's 15 and my neighbor's daughter. Her father left her when she was 2, it's just her and her mom. Her mom is never around. She also said some guy paid her $700 to do it with him, she says now she took a prego test and it's positive. Her mother doesn't know. The girl is 15, doesn't have a car and got expelled from her private school and ditches her over crowded high school. I've known Rachael since she was 7 and moved in next door. I'm one of her closest friends- one of the few people that she opens up to. I want to tell her mother or my parents but I don't want her to hate me. I want her to know that she can tell me anything, in confidence. I want to tell somebody that she is endangering herself but don't want to lose her trust. I need help understanding the situation first, then help with deciding what I should even do!

Look, I'm not an American citizen yet so I don't even have insurance, therefore I can't go to the doctor unless I want to waste hundreds of dollars (it ain't happening). Anyway, can someone help me? I mean, there seem to be a lot of health problems with me but I can never be sure since I don't go to the doctor. I have shortness of breath...ok my dad smokes around me a lot but my shortness of breath is almost ALWAYS there..but almost, not ALL the time, just most of the time. After we take a 1 minute jog in gym class, I get tired really fast and this "burning" feeling in my chest, that when I inhale, it gets "mintier" or I get a "really fresh feeling" in my lungs (don't know if that's the word I'm looking for). My back really hurts sometimes (but maybe that's because I sit straight in the chair for hours using the computer.....12 hours one time), when I move my head like really fast continuously it hurts. I sometimes get these really sharp pains in my head on the same spots.

Alright well i been going out with my gurl friend and i nver had sex yet so im a still a virgin but she isn't.
