The governments have come down hard on Columbia. Mexico doesn't let anyone come into their borders and take fugitives out of their country. Remember all the trouble DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER is having after bringing a fugitive back here for justice?
So the CARTELS feel they are safe and can't be touched while they are on Mexican soil.

Because in Colombia, the government have a true war against them with American technology and help. But in Mexico, the government is part of the problem, is an allied of the Carters. Well, with this new President of Mexico, maybe is going to change some how. We all hope so.

According to the 2006 World Drug Report by the UN, drug usage of every type is either stayin the same or dropping in the USA.
Drug usage of several drugs went up and Meth went way up in Mexico.

So I dont think you can completely blame the USA here..

Well first off... Columbia is known for it's cocaine wholesales... Meaning they were targeted for the drug. Since they've been policed by many nations the market only has to move upward where A: Cocoa plant's are still able to grow, and B: Where the police have not yet made full scale busts.

Oh, and anyone who wants proof of this guys question go to....

The b@stards wanted to cut their transportation costs and our government is too STUPID to properly enforce our border w/ Mexico and control the flow of illegals and criminals coming in to this country. Oh, I forgot, we put our border control officers in jail when they try and defend our borders against drug traffickers! This Crap needs to be stopped but I doubt if our newly elected Democrat controlled Congress has the balls or desire to do anything about it!

Don't get me started!!!!!!!!!
