So, 1 week before I go on a vacation to paris, I wake up with a pain in my throat (today) First, I think the usual amount of times to get sick a year is like 2 or three, ive gotten sick (counting 2006) about 7 times already. Is there any meds for a poor immune system. Second of all, I am not sure if i have strep or sore throat. I woke up with my throat hurting, i doesnt hurt very much when I dont do anything, but it hurts when I swallow, garling salt water and eating halls helped a bit. Anyway, does anyone know if this is sore or strep throat, I dont have a fever or any weakness. Anyway, I am leaving for Patis next saturday (the 3rd) but I need to go back to school this week ( I want to be back by tommorow but tuesday or wensday is fine) does anyone know how long this usually lasts, and what else can I do to make it go away faster (I dont care about the pain, i already have meds for that, i just need it to be gone faster) Also, my mom said it might come back . how can i prevent it

I have been playing with the idea of using my annual leave to set up motorcycle tours, primarily on Harley Davidsons through portions of Europe. My idea would be to set up a route, hotels and bikes for english speakers. They would fly in and I would pick them up at the airport act as their tour guide and translator. Everything would be a package price except the plane tickets, fuel, food and beverages.
How would one go about setting up and advertising this.
Would you be interested?

I am an American who has lived in Germany for over 20 years.
I have also ridden my Harley around Europe on my time off for the last 10 years.

My sister had a severe allergic reaction to a cookie she ate at a popular coffee and doughtnut shop in Canada. I want to know why on earth peanut products are allowed in places like that? It makes me so angry. The only excuse they gave for her ending up with a peanut butter cookie is quote " we were just so busy...I must have got your order messed up" CAN YOU BELIVE THAT! she almost died and that was their excuse ! What makes it worse is the cookies didn't even look or smell like peanut butter. My sister didn't know until she broke out in hives and her throat started to close...thank Goodness for epi pens.
So this is my question ...do you think that peanut products should be allowed in places like that ? there are so many people that are allergic and mistakes like this happen all the time ... I think it is time they did something about it.

The next day I kept thinking about it and thinking about it and asking myself "Am I a lesbian?" It got so bad that I was depressed and I had to go to the Psychologist.I felt like I was going insane. Was it obsessive Compulsive or what was it?Opinions please and no making fun of. Thanks!

I enjoy wearing stocking, not pantyhose and I have worn a garter belt for years but I'm thinking about wearing a girdle now. I really don;t need one but I do like the tight feeling. What style girdle do you think would be best, panty girdle or open bottom girdle? I do like the idea of a 6 garter on either. Anyone out there willing to help me on this? Thanks, Barbara

I'm a freshman at the University of Cincinnati and don't really like it. I'm almost positive I want to transfer to Ohio State next year. My parents have said "give it a year" and I have agreed but my dad is the problem. He says he doesn't want me to "school-hop" and I've told him that this will be last and final choice. I think my parents attribute my "not likeing Cinci" to the fact that I've gone through so many changes since I got here: Me and my girlfriend of 18months split, I don't live at home anymore, I have to make new friends (hard since I'm very shy), but that's not the issue. I don't like the city. The neiborhood is terrible. It's run down and you can't go near it without getting mugged... I don't know tho.... I just don't like Cinci. Has anyone out there ever been here? If so could you give me some Ammo. I need reasons. I need to convince my parents. Thanks so much for reading this.

my ex boyfriend and i broke up about a month ago because he said there was a piece to the puzzle that was missing but he texted me and said that he didnt loose the piece to the puzzle he was holding on to it and just wasnt paying attention to it and i asked him if he wants me back or something and he said yeah.see he thought he liked me friend and i wasnt talking to him anymore and he told me that there was this girl he thought he was over her but he said once she started talking to him again he decided he still loved her and that girl was me.he said he doesnt like my friend and wants me back so should i take him back or not.i really love the guy and want him back but should i take him back i mean we have been through alot together. are relationship was good except people always tried to get us to break up but we usually stayed together.his friends were the ones who always tried to get us to break up because they were jealoius.

i am 18 and i have a 12 yo brother,this boy is really a great actor,
:when he wants to borrow my pen or something & i say no,
he shouts and yell ,saying "mum he is hitting me " then mum comes and she found that he is crying and setting on the floor.(he is pretending ).
then mum takes my car keys or my wallet saying "show mercy to your little brother".
one time i was really bored when he was pretending and i hitted him but i was soooo luck cuz mum saw me.
i told her many times but she says that i'm a lier

what should i do with that?
