If you did not go to boot camp then you did not get an entry level separation.
Did you drop out of Delayed Entry Program? If so, you were never "in" to start with. The other services might take you, but you'd have to write a letter explaining why you dropped out of DEP and why you want to join now.

Discharged for .....??
What branch.?
I am assuming the Marines.....
Definitely discuss with recruiters from the other branches.
You might consider posting your question on
http://www.military.com
A LOT of retired , active duty military, and vets on those forums.
With tons of experience in military matters.
Very hands on moderators who also POST.
In fact, I KNOW one of the moderators on USCG forums.
I was stationed with him in Kodiak.
They pretty good at spotting a BS'r.
That is where I would go to get advise on military stuff.
Short of talking directly to recruiter.
But I would still post just to get feedback.
Recruiters ain't perfect.

you should have a 214 or some paperwork stating your re-enlistment code. Look closely.. Then go to a recruiter and have him define that code for you. It is possible that you were coded for non reenlistement, and about the only way to get that turned around is if it was medical in nature, and you have since corrected it. Sometimes a wait of a few years is in order as well.
good luck to you!

Nope, I wouldn't bet on it. Because what ever you got discharged for they won't trust you again for it. If they did it would show how bad this goverment is about this.
