What is your favorite band from the 80's? and why?
AC/DC?
Metallica?

I know AC/DC was from the 70's but they count! because they rule!

While I love Metallica and AC/DC alot, Motley Crue was my favorite band of the 80s. They were the frontrunners of that whole rock scene back then. I've seen them four times in concert and they are one of the best live bands I've seen. Plus, all the women that came to see the band, dressed the way they were, was fun to see as well.

I dont know all the bands from the 80's. But Metallica, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Guns and Roses etc. They are all great bands, they all brought something different, and all had good songs. So in my opinion they are all rocking.

AC/DC is from the 1970s. They had hits in the 80s, though.
I always liked Metallica. 1980s bands.....Modern English "I melt with you" brings back some great memories of my 5 years in college.

I would have to say Metallica because they brough rock to a whole new level...then again..so did GnR..now I'm confused...so its a tie between both!
