My clutch just went out and I was told it would cost more to replace it because the '03 Cavaliers have a flex fuel engine. Can anyone confirm? If so, I'm going to start buying ethanol. Thats way cheaper than gas! If not, Brakes Plus is trying to screw me.

Why do people get a dog WITH a coat, only to turn around and SHAVE it???????

I am NOT talking about little dogs, I am talking about Newfs, Goldens, Saints.....dogs like that. They SHOULD and DO have a coat for a reason. Why do people just shave it off. If you can't keep up with coat care, why get a breed like that in the first place?

I don't think we should spend billions of dollars on collecting rocks on the moon, or studying saturn's atmosphere, when there are people starving in africa and even here in the united states. Its a waste, we already know these planets are inhabitable. If we going to spend money on space, we should buy a laser satellite to blast asteroids if they are coming in our direction. Anything else is just plain wasteful. Your thoughts, please.

a good time..on the way home we saw a "nice deer" right near our home...we were driving real slow and he said he was coming back to kill it...i tooted the horn so it would run away and oh my gosh he blew up...i have seen him mad before but i think this was the worst...he said F.... you and everything... he gets out of the car and throws his glass and liquor bottle at the side of the trailer and puts a whole in the siding...was i that much of a bi....ch to do what i did... i mean he was drunk and he did not need to be driving with a gun to shoot a deer illegally -not even being deer season anymore and to at night....was i so wrong

Al Qaeda Cannibalizing?

A native Iraqi and Middle East expert says the Iraqi insurgency independent of Al Qaeda is being slowly and surely defeated. Nibras Kazimi has worked with the Iraqi National Congress and the country's de-Baathification Commission. He writes in the New York Sun that U.S. and Iraqi military pressure has left insurgents feeling "demoralized, disillusioned and hunted."

He says Al Qaeda is cannibalizing smaller groups and continues to grow. But he says, "Al Qaeda is getting a serious beating as the Americans improve in intelligence gathering and partner with more reliable Iraqi forces." He calls the recent trend a "major accomplishment."

But Kazimi cautions that Al Qaeda terror will continue for many years because the group "will remain oblivious to all evidence of the insurgency's eventual defeat." And he has advice for presumptive new multi-national forces commander David Petraeus

My son (who is 8 years old)has had a runny nose for about 2 days. This morning he said his throat was a little sore. The school has had a lot of sick kids lately so I figure he has caught something. Should I take him to the doctor today even though he doesn't seem to be too bad yet or do I wait till Monday and see if it gets worse? I think it's probably just a little cold but there have been different kinds of ilness going around here like strep throat and viral infections. Our doctors office is only open Monday through Friday.

This is under the best sunlight conditions, the solar panel is rated at 1.8W and the battery pack is 300W. The solar panel reads that it is a "trickle charger". My question is how long it would take such solar panel to recharge a completely empty battery pack.
