Local honey will CURE your allergies. I suffered with seasonal allergies for years. My friend has bees/hives in her backyard and she and her husband periodically cultivate the honey and sell it. I've been using it for years. The trick is that it's local - the same pollins that I'm allergic to (in the same area as where I live) went into this honey so my immune system got built up after a period of 2-3 months of having one teaspoon a day in some tea. I haven't had allergy problems in years. Also, drinking a lot of water helps - I guess it flushes your system out. I drink 1-2 quarts a day. And stay away from dairy products - it makes it worse. I hope this helps and good luck to you in getting this resolved.

Well-rounded diet with good amounts of fruits and vegies. If he's a picky toddler (normal) than give him a vitamin supplement. Otherwise, at this age, its common and normal for him to get lots of colds, sometimes one right after the other; especially if he goes to daycare or preschool, or has a sibling that does. The average child gets 7 viral illnesses every winter season! Isn't that crazy? Over 4 months, that's almost like every other week.

It sounds like you have allergies to molds and pollens. Pollen counts are highest during the Spring and Autumn. An allergy test will isolate which allergens are most troublesome to you.

I find that saline nasal sprays help some by washing away the allergen that creep into your sinuses. As someone who is sensitive to most medications I prefer Nasalcrom. I have no adverse reactions, such as fatigue or mood changes associated with antihistamines.

Be careful. Some homeopathic medicines are great. Some brands are great. Not all brands are created equal. For example, "Nortic Naturals" is a good brand. Kirkland (Costco) is junk because sometimes the product isn't fresh.

Check it out with someone that knows what they are doing.

Home medicines are...Ginger, Jeera, lemon, applejuice. These things will help u build ur immunity system. Whenever u have cold, warm up ur apple juice and drink. Boil ginger until it becomes concentrated, and add some sugar and drink it. Try it to believe it. It cannot be harmful to u in anyway.

First thing to do is to make sure that you drink a lot of water when you are dealing with allergies. Then only take the medication that you thin you need.

Here is a great video on allergies that has helped me a lot. Just scroll down to the allergy tab and watch. Hope it helps.
