My mother just bought a house 6 months ago and I was listed on the papers as co-owner. I also signed all of the paperwork. What happens with the house if my mom needs to go into a nursing home? Do I have to sell it?

So if technology permitted would it be ethical to involuntarily change the mindsets/personalities of people with high recidivism rates? Maybe just criminals in general?

I purchased a Belkin router, and after much research I found out that I should enable security setting on it. I enabled WPAPSK on my Belkin router, but do I have to enable this on my laptop also? My laptop is the only device using the wireless router. If I do have to enable WPA on my laptop, how do I accomplish this? I've tried several different ways, but after I refresh my wireless connection, it goes back to an open status, instead of a secured WPA status.

I really like this guy, and I don't know what to do. A lot of my friends says he feels the same way. All the signs that everyone talks about are there. Such as he always looks me in the eyes when we talk, and when we are out with a group he seems to focus on me more. He always hugs me last, which my guy friend says is a good thing. He leaves messages for me saying things like "That's pretty hot" on photos. He spends time alone with me. I guess its mostly in the things he says, the comments he gives me. He told me that I need to turn 21 sooner so that "we" can go out. When we're out I'm told we already look like we're dating, which I could see and I have had people ask me "how's your boyfriend?" I think what is really confusing me is that most of all his friends are girls, or thats only who I hear about. And I just don't get it and how he acts around them. So am I getting good signs, bad signs or am I just wasting my time. Anyone have any help? PLEASE! I don't know what to do.

He seems to enjoy spending time with me. I brought him back a gift from a vacation and asked me to spend the next day with him testing it out. He wants to take me out, or thats what I got from him saying that he wants me to turn 21 so we can go out.

Another detail, he never moves away from my touch. I have heard thats a good thing. Sometimes he would have the chance to move away from the touch, like if I pass something to him. And he never seems to move if I stand closer to him. Ect Ect. Ect.

I have been having sex with this guy like for the past four months, has not asked me out since. he has on more then more one occasion said he wants to be with me but does not want to be in a relationship. Well recently we decided to both be just friends but after that decision we have had sex again. It is so hard for me to resist. Now we are just friends I realize how much i enjoy his company and how he makes laugh, etc. I feel deep down that he does want to be with me. I am wanting to have a computer built, mainly for graphic intense games, to be able to play most all of the newer games would be nice (exam neverwinter nights2, oblivion etc) at decent settings with little lag (play multiplayer alot). I have been doing my best to save but have had a rough time lately. The other hardware I can pretty much figure out but the main processor/video/motherboard I am needing help. Some things that may help to know... I am a AMD fan, of the current graphic cards leaning toward Radeon x's, or gforce, From what I have read I like the duel core, and I want a computer that will last me a few years, so upgradeability is a MUST, I cannot emphasize that enough, I cannot afford to go out and buy a computer every year or two. I have researched a decent amount of time, and figured I would try here because I can list my individual needs/wants. Thank you for your time in reading my question I look forward to seeing your response! =)

my parents wanna get me an exercise bike cause i want one..
but are you really losing much weight sitting on your butt? what exactly muscles are being worked when you use a stationary bike?
would a treadmill be better? or should i just take up jogging or something?
