Realistically, you can't grow hair any faster. Hair grows at a constant rate of about 15 millimeters, or 5/8 of an inch, per month.

Current methods of hair regrowth work on follicles that previously grew hair but don't anymore - like rogaine and propecia - may make some hair grow back in some people, but they don't make it grow any faster. That's why it takes a long time before you can see results using these products.

Trim it every few weeks.

Eat lots of black sesame seeds and seaweed to help make hair healthy [and therefore, faster-growing], I hear.
