I have been reading about Islam and agree with most of its teachings. However, there are some things that i refuse to follow if I convert to Islam. I don't want to follow the dress code...I shouldnt have to cover my entire body to be respected. Long sleeves and hijab aren't for me. I want to wear shorts and tank tops in the summer!!!! LOL. I think forcing just the women to be covered is degrading and unfair. Can I still be a muslim if I don't follow this? Also, I don't agree that it is haraam to drink alcohol. I think a glass of wine every now and then is ok...especially since recent studies have shown that the moderate intake of alcohol is beneficial for your health. Can I still be a a muslim? I think my faith in Allah and my morals of being a generous and loving person are what is important...not how I dress or what I drink/eat. Please help.

Should known facts be brought to the fore regarding this woman's former involvement as instrumental in the selling off of The Big Issue North edition as a group of formed private companies. Add to this work a Charitable Trust and a Foundation under the same wing. I would see this as profiteering given that investments in prime properties have since been made by these companies. Looking at what she is accused of, this seems more than coincidence to me. Why shouldn't this as part of her career background be looked into at a more detailed level?

I was watching tv the other day and a commercial on HGTV came on. I believe the commercial was "My house is worth what?" I had a dream once that about a male from a village that had powers to heal. They believed in many gods. They tricked the guy to climb a cliff to meet another village but they threw boulders on him. One crushed his leg. His parents told him not to use my powers because no one else had powers. He had a girlfriend, who he was in love with. he showed her he could heal himself. When he did, a yellow light came out of his hand when he was healing his leg, the girlfriend could also feel heat from the healing. The male was going to marry this girl, but their sun god's reign had come to an end and they needed to pick a new god from the villagers, I wonder who they picked. They picked the male with the healing, heat and yellow light power. As the ceremony started the male felt sad to leave his love, but she ran to join him, (a scene from star trek 1 the movie probably). I have never understood what the dream meant. I am a writer and sometimes my dreams come in story form. No secular websites.
