When i start my pc up, the taskbar does not show up on the screen, and my computer starts freezing?

Can anyone help me !!

Probably need to defragment.....also do a disk cleanup....

May be try disable startup programs? If computer starts freezing, try start in "Safe mode" - press F8 when computer begin start and then disable startup programs.
I use for it:

It disables any startup programs and fully controls startup by selecting the programs to be launched, while customizing the startup settings (ie how often and when programs should be launched, etc).
