Perhaps modifying the things that you look at, read and think about could help. Stop looking at naked pictures, reading seductive literature, and talking about sexual things could possibly help. If the thought enters your mind replace it quickly with a positive thought. This will come with practice. "Rome was not built in a day" If you are a believer, remember that "you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength. Let me ask you a question.... Would you let a bird build a nest on your head? No, right. What would you do if a bird begins to build a nest on your head? No doubt, you will knock it off. So, when those sexual thoughts come into your mind, knock it out by thinking about something positive. I too struggled with my thoughts for many years until I began to apply these principles.
