So ashamed to be who you are...Cried so had you stopped breathing, felt like you weren't meant to live, you have no purpose and your just worthless...I've felt like this since i was 12 years old...I got better off and on...I was actually OK for almost two months now and i woke up this morning and my first thought was "you don't deserve this"...I've had two panic attacks already, it's not even lunch yet.
I'm so frustrated, i thought this crap was over..
It would be nice too see some thats been through this and is still alive..

Does anyone know what Chinese restaraunts put on their noodles to flavor them? I love those noodles, and bought some but when I cooked them, they were tasteless. I experimented with several things, but nothing tasted quite right. Anyone know the secret?

My girlfriend Dana went to a party and met a guy there...she knew him from her sister's place but never spoke to him. She sometimes sits outside and talks with his wife they are not friends I guess they just talk to be cordial. Well anyway she called me the other morning and told me what happenend and asked me what she she do....I told her to run the other way. She obviously wants to do the opposite...they have made plans to meet up out of town in a few months she says she is not looking to sleep with him again but be forreal why else are they going out of town together?? LOL she is calling me now....she said she went to visit her sister and the first person she saw was his wife it made her feel bad and now she is at a lost as to what to do next she doesnt want confrontation with the wife and she cant get around facing her unless her sister moves. I dont know what to tell her maybe someone on here can help.
