You have asked this a few times and why are you fighting this guy and if you are truly fighting there is never rules it is everyone for them self have you ever really fought.
If you are playing and not really trying to hurt him the get naked and you have his attention looking at you and make sure you do jump on him there you got him to the ground. Someone you know is going to hit and you are really trying to hurt you back then from behind with a bat to the back would put him on the ground.
