Anything else by Mel Brooks (who wrote Young Frankenstein) is good. Especially Blazing Saddles, Spaceballs, and the original The Producers.

Haunted Honeymoon
Murder by Death (Love love love this movie)
Waxwork (1 and 2)
Any of the Mel Brooks movies, including "To Be or Not to Be"
if it's the horror movie aspect, you might like
Transylvania 6-5000 (most people HATE this movie, I liked it, it's extremely awful to the point where you Actually wince.)
Silence of the Hams, funny but extremely vulgar.

Honestly the End of Click with Adam Sandler made me cry a little bit, and is funny through the whole thing. That and Marley And Me was great with some sadness in it. Good tragedy in that. One of my favorite movies is A Bronx Tale and the end of that got me too.
