My Fiancee and I are hoping to buy a townhome or condo next year, around july. As of now, we have no money saved up, good credit and nowhere to start. What do we do? Tal kto the sales office? Get a home loan?> Do we need collateral? How do we keep the morgatge payments low? We have not idea where to start.

For about four years I have been getting pimples on the shaft of my penis. I do have pearly penile popules on the shaft, and when i sqeeze them a white head comes out. With that being said, could these pimples be caused by infected popules? After the pimples become inflamed they turn into, I guess a cyst? In other words they turn into hard bumps under the skin. I don't get them anywhere else. The cyts also recur back into pimples. Puss does come Out of them, but not at first. It takes a couple of days. When I urinate my uretha, does "NOT" BURN. I dont have any ulcers, nor blisters. I'm thinking its just my popules becoming infected.

p.s. Sometimes when i sqeeze the popules they do become inflamed, and turn into pimples.

Today by conincidence I met a guy I like very much (we havent met for three weeks.), I was very happy to see him and he seemed very happy to see me also. I was checking on my lovebirds and I saw in their bird tent one birds neck twisted in a strange shape, the other bird standing next to him. I am afraid that the living bird may die soon as well because of her lost mate. Is there anything I can do? The bird that we still have isn't very good with human interaction. Maybe I could put her babies in the cage with her but she might just show aggression to them like she normally does.

I was recently at a party in toronto with underage drinking. The police showed up and took everyone's name down and said that he was doing something like 'caution cards'. Obviously my name is now in their system, but can prospective employers now see this? Does this remain there forever? He said it wasnt like a criminal record, but im scared that people can see this if they do a background check on me.

I speak english and a little latin, so that is what I think in. My friends who take spanish think in english and spanish.
