For about four years I have been getting pimples on the shaft of my penis. I do have pearly penile popules on the shaft, and when i sqeeze them a white head comes out. With that being said, could these pimples be caused by infected popules? After the pimples become inflamed they turn into, I guess a cyst? In other words they turn into hard bumps under the skin. I don't get them anywhere else. The cyts also recur back into pimples. Puss does come Out of them, but not at first. It takes a couple of days. When I urinate my uretha, does "NOT" BURN. I dont have any ulcers, nor blisters. I'm thinking its just my popules becoming infected.
p.s. Sometimes when i sqeeze the popules they do become inflamed, and turn into pimples.

Sounds to me like genital warts, or maybe Herpes.
The only way to know for sure is to go to a doctor... Worst case scenario, he tells you something you already suspect, best case, it's nothing serious.

Sounds like they might be boils, but I would seriously see a doctor if I were you, because that does not sound too good.
