I am in escrow on a condo. I have contingencies and can walk out of the deal. The inspector came today and found a 10 inch mold growth on the closet roof. Here are the options I've been told about - what should I do next?
1. I could pay for a destructive inspection where they would drill a small hole in the wall in question and use a camera to see how extensive the mold is. I could use this report to negotiate a fix with the seller.
2. I could get an air quality test. If the results show that the mold is unhealthy, I could bring that back to the seller and ask her to pay for remediation.
3. I could go straight to the seller and ask her to pay for the inspections and the remediation. My agent thinks that this may cause her to back out of the deal. (Of course, my agent wants the deal to go through - but is generally a great agent.)

Also, is it likely that the seller will need to pay to get this problem fixed?

well. back in middle school i was liked by the "hot girls" and in highshcool which are now the most attractive girls in the school. ive hooked up with a few girls my freshman year that 90% of guys would find quite good looking or "hot", but now i havent been able to find a girl, and now that i have fallen for a girl that liked me in middle school, and to find out she doesnt have interest in me anymore. and now when i look at my self i think im ugly, like i feel that im look at myself and dont see a attractice young man anymore. did like grow up uglier, like what the heck is oging on?

PS: i do still "take care of myself" i dress nicely, have a personailty all girls love. and i haev good higene.

this guy i work with has suddenly tried to put me on frontstreet. ive been working at this business for two months, he has never spoken to me. one day out of no where he says i dont speak to anyone(greet) while he was walking by me he then says my behavior is fake. im not there at my job to make friends or acquantices why would he suddenly say that to me.

I used to shave my pubic hair for about a year and since then it has gotten so thick and nasty and grows all over the damn place now...i seriously think i have one of the hariest ***** ever if i dont shave......Is there any way to prevent this or thin it out? or get rid of alot of it without serguery or s/t like that?

I have a nearly-flat roof, with an old tar-paper/tar cover, that is leaking. The house is a complete tear-down and will go on the market within six months, so it's not worth the expense of actually re-tarring. A year ago I tried a water-based roof-sealant (brown goop in 20 gallon drums), but it didn't work.

To keep it dry inside for the next six months, I'm thinking of rolling down overlapping layers of Tyvek ($150 for 9' x 150' roll), as a stop-gap. I'm in Oregon, so I expect continuous rain. Ideally, I'd slather on some goop both under the Tyvek and on top of it (oil-based or water-based?). Can anything be applied while the roof is wet?

I don't expect more than 2-3 days of dry weather for months, and meanwhile the roof is leaking in several spots. (It's impossible to pinpoint exactly where, because the water runs down the ceiling insulation for many yards.)

Suggestions welcome. Thank you!
