She left him for another man and there kids are grown men. However 6 months ago I found her cell phone # in his wallet. He said that his son gave it to him. Then 3 months ago she called and left a message on his cell to call her at work. I was so upset so I suggested that we call her together and find out want she wanted. He replied that I could call her and stated that he didn't know what she wanted and didn't want to talk to her. So i called her and asked her if Joe ever got hold of her and did she want to talk to him and she said he called her already, so I caught him in a lie. He said that he called to tell her that she did not need to call him and it was a real problem. I kept his cell phone and nothing happened untill 2 days ago and she called again. and I suggested that we call her together and set my mind at ease that nothing was going on with the two on them and he refused. He wante to wait an call the following day ( I feel that he wanted time to call her and warn Help!

I like the guy!!!!!!!!!!! and i compare them two!!!

Everyone thinks comparing them is a bad thing but both men had the best of intentions. Both men did what they thought was right, what would help their loyal people succeed, what would make their and all life better for the people who previously worked for it a reward, so on and so forth.

I mean seriously... hitler wanted to get rid of all races and such other then his own, in america if we thru out all hispanics and blacks that would cut our poor class by about 75% and the last 25% that are white would take their jobs, not to mention a drastic decrease in crime... now as good as that sounds, its not very nice and not even republicans like myself are that mean anymore, but the idea looked good on paper and so did the iraq war.

4 year old female suffers every month for 5 days,seems adgitated and uncomfortable,screams a very painfull sounding cry seems ok in every other way.previous owner tells me shes been neutered.vet told me she was just getting used to new home,but that was only her 2nd month of it happening.is there any way to ease this for her if my diagnosis is correct?

Can a federal judge set a trial date demand that date be the day of the trial and the discovery has not been given or reviewed by the defense? I was given a court date yesterday of Jan. 9th '07 and my lawyer has still not recieved all the discovery. Don't you have the right to see 'Full Discovery" and time to dicuss and make a defense to the charges? I feel as though even my lawyer is pushing me to accept a Plea Bargain. I feel as I am be scared In to accepting resposibilty of something I did not do so I won't get into as much trouble. The evidence is weak and the person who was caught is involving me to help reduce his sentence. ALthough my court appointed never listens to me and tells me all the horror stories. I am 46 year old professional male with one Felony Possesion Charge, I am confused what to do. I know I am innocent of the charges however feel as the federal government will do whatever to find me guilty. The only charge I have ever had stemmed from this person bust.

I know about eagles vortexing upwards on thermals. When other birds, like terns, whip and vortex around at sunset, for example, are they riding on low thermals? What is the air doing as it's churned up by their movements?

1) I pulled (my thigh muscle) exactly 24 hours ago kickin a soccer ball,I felt a popping then I iced it immediately and took anti-inflammatories.

2) Initially it hurt to touch the bruised area but now i can massage it after icing with minimal to no discomfort.

3) I can voluntary bend my leg inwards with no pain, but cannot extend it outwards on its own, because it feels like i get an instant cramp on the spot i pulled the muscle and it hurts.

4) I can squat and stand with no pain (maybe because im not using that muscle)

5) After icing i've been taping it up with those elastic bandages like the ace ones.

6)I've been consuming plenty of proteins such as milk and dairy. Will it help speed up recovery, and what other food can take to help.

a) Is this a mild, moderate or severe tear/sprain.
b) What else can I do apart from R.I.C.E to speed up recovery
c) Any other USEFUL information that can help would be appreciated.

I'm very close to my family - but i hate where we all live...Should I stay or move to a better place???

We live in a very cold state - alot of rain and snow. I only saw a small handful of beautiful days this year (2006) and I long to live some where warm and sunny....BUt I am close with my mom and dad who live here. I am also close with my sister's family and her kids....Also, my one good friend lives here too. But I really do not like living here. I'm not rich - and probably never will be - so flying or driving up here to see them alot once I move is not really realistic... WHat would you do?
