Hi! Awesome to find anothe PSP user. There are several sites that offer free brushes. Try here, this is the PSP users group website and they have a phenomenal amount of resources.

There are several good communities ar LiveJournal. You have to have an account, but once you do, all you have to do is a search for interests and put down PSP brushes.
