i've had a totally unattractive bump on my nose due to a baseball accident. the only way to get rid of it is to do rhinoplasty (surgury of the nose). the thing is: my parents are totally against ANY ajustments of my face. im desperate! i know i should appreciate my nose, but almost everybody i meet always comments on my nose sooner or later. its hidious; it embaresses me and lowers my self esteem; and its VERY noticable. ive been thinking about this for years and i definitly want to go through the process and remove the bump on my nose, but my parents will disagree and would never agree for me to get it. can someone help me? how do i convince them its for the best? im totally down in the blues

i am late for my period this month...way late...i have done the urine pregnancy test twice and its come back negative both times...(i used the home kit)..i should have had my period by now..i recently had sex for the first time and am getting paranoid by the minute..what could be going on?anyone with experience on this please respond.

I got dumped a week ago...out of my lover/friend's house and in my sister in laws...what can I do to make myself get over him? I can't even type his name because it makes me upset to be broken up on the holidays. I want to move on but I am not over it yet. I called him and he tells me not to call and hangs up. He is acting like he is straight. I saw him with another girl..could be friends but they were holding hands. Is he bi? Can a gay guy just wake up straight? we have been dateing 3 yrs. Was marred to a friend of mine , and we hated earch other. At some point in time we became bestfriends ,they hade marriage problems i tryed to help her to know , what she needed too do to make it work she would't listen, so i started hanging with him. I one time sliped and did the deed with him, one the way home from the bar. I felt so bad, but after that i would never let him get us a lone ,I made sure we got his wife and took her with us exsept to the bar or any of his friends. becase she had him too the pont of wantting too streingel her.I made sure like if we went to the creek for a moonlight stroll,I felt like it was the right thing too do,basicly,I felt that was what a friend was for too help eachorther not to sleep to geatheer. when one of you are in arelationship. I call that cheating. witch is wat he is doing now sleeping wih a so called lady i know ,he says ther just friends nothing more it sex just happens, but why is he now sleeping with another?

I have been married for almost 3 years and have an almost 2 year old daughter. I care about my husband a lot. But there are a lot of times when I just feel like I'm going to go crazy because of the way he acts. He works outside the home, and when he comes home he seems to think his work is done...he doesn't help with dishes or our daughter or any household chore that needs to be done. I am in my 2nd year of music school and I have a piano studio I run out of our home and am also a pianist at a church here. My husband seems to think that because I'm not physically out of the house for 8+ hours everyday that I'm not "working", when in reality I am exhausted from working on my music, trying to keep up with the house, taking care of our daughter, teaching and staying on top of the music for church. I've asked him numerous times to help. He only helps when I ask, and even then I can tell it's just to shut me up. He likes to be in control of all of our decisions.

This is unusual. My laptop connects perfectly to my wireless network at the office, using a D-Link. I am trying to set up a wireless network at home, and have tried 2 routers - a Trennet and a Linksys. Each says I have connected to the internet with a "good" connection, but nothing comes across on the screen.

When I connect the DSL modem directly to the computer, it works perfectly.

It pings on direct modem connect, does not ping on wireless connect.

Something is interfering somewhere on my try to set up a home network

Any ideas? Can I set yo the modem (192.168.1.1) manually?
