I'd say you could just use a regular scrabble board and make the rules stating only bible related words can be spelled.

Yes, I am pretty sure this game exists. You might want to check on Ebay to find it, someone would be willing to give it away. And by the way, the game is pretty cool.

Yes I think I have heard about it before, please try eBay as I am sure someone will be willing to sell their set.
However, I play Scrabble online at Scrabulous - http://www.scrabulous.com - and don't find any variations in themes there.
