well im 13 and male..........and about 7 months ago i use to do dumbbells (weights) i use to carry 4.5 kilograms on one hand and do about 10 - 20 then switch to the other hand and do the same thing ... i did it 4 about 3 weeks and then i stopped!...and i dont think i stretched a muscle and well i heard that weights make u shorter (or stop your growth) so yer obviously i stopped... well mainly coz im short (im 150cm) and untill now well 7 months ago i dont feel like i have grown and ma friends r growing taller e.g fred (my friend) was shorter then me and now he is about my height and probably growing and craig (also my friend) was about 3 cm taller then me and is still growing taller and there is alot more butt i cant be bothered naming all of them anyway my point is should i worry or what should i do bcoz i really and ill do anything to grow taller .......help me! plz

I have lower back pain, I had a ct scann and I was told no fracture but
I still have pain I can sleep specially at night I have numbness in my feet and I feel good when I am standing when I am seated its horrible. What can I do besides physical therapy.

In the past the Saints have been a really bad team. They have won their share of games but nothing outstanding. They have finally aquired good players, and are showing real effort this year.
Most people in NO are Saints fan but Saints have not been fan favorites in the past or at least on many occassions outside of NO.
Have the players/team this year changed your view of the Saints any? Are they considered a respectable team this year to you or are they considered a fluke team?

my gf kissed her mate so called mate!!!
hir is what happend 2 days ago we brocke up i dumped her well it was not really over she came back askin me to take her back
i saied give me a bit of time.

she said she loves me and can not leave with out of me!! LOL

well her mate has fellings for her i saw her smses and yesterday she told me she is going to see him and tell him she loves me and that she only likes him as a friend.....

well after work she went by his house and they "talked"
and then she saied he kissed her she said she didnt kiss him back.
but she showed me her smses and they saied tnx for the kissing it ment alot to me. (he sms her )
thats when she saied she kissed him back.
i think it is cheating and there is no future in this relationship.
