I'm looking for a spaghetti sauce recipie that has mushrooms, garlic, onion, and ground beef in it. I've tried looking in some of the cookbooks at home and recipies online, but I haven't found anything. Any homemade recipies?

I would first brown the ground beef in very hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the beef and set aside. In the oil/fat leftover in the pan saute the onions and mushrooms. Add a pinch more salt and pepper. About a minute before they're done add the garlic. Return the beef to the pot and saute about another minute. Deglaze with some red wine, boil, and reduce the wine to at least half. Add tomatoes, simmer for 10-15 minutes, and finish with fresh herbs. Or finish with a touch of cream.

Those ingredients are in most spaghetti sauce recipes. The best recipe I ever had but mistakenly sold in a cookbook at an auction tastes the same as Prego. Prego comes in many variations including one with mushrooms. I also add a bit of red wine vinegar just to kick it up a bit. But you should be able to find spaghetti sauce recipes on the internet somewhere. Then just add mushrooms to it. Try searching foodnetwork.com (205 recipes) or any other recipe sites.

Use familiar salt and upload some pepper too yet wait til it particularly is accomplished. relating to the overwhelmed garlic..in case you will pass away it on your sauce you could desire to contemplate finely dicing it...you do no longer choose a customer or your self biting down on a extensive garlic clove.
