Don't you think that a lot of Atheists and Christians here debate without really fully understanding both sides? I'm not generalizing, but I find that a lot of nonbelievers and believers ask questions that are actually part of the basics of each side. Don't you think that the people of both sides should first stop and investigate both sides before talking?

i wrote a paper in high school about Taoism and now i find myself writing a final for a college class that is similar. is it plagerism to take a paragraph from my old essay (complete with citations, of course), and put it in my new essay?

Car1 waits to turn left at an intersection. Light turns yellow, car1 starts turning left. A running pedestrian decides to cross street to beat yellow light, so car1 stops turning to let pedestrian thru. At the same time, car2 from oncoming traffic, initially not noticing car1, decided to beat yellow light also.

Car1, seeing that car2 can't stop in time to avoid collision, faces a dillema. If car1 moves to avoid the collision, there's barely enough room to just miss the pedestrian. Should car1 move forward a bit, making sure not to hit the pedestrian and just absorb the impact of collision at the rear end, hope for the smallest impact? What if there's a child in the backseat, is it worth the risk? Or should car1 move to entirely avoid the collision and try to maneuver to avoid hitting pedestrian? What if car1 fails in the maneuver and hits pedestrian? If collision is avoided but pedestrian is struck, should car2 also be liable for the hit?

I have been dating this girl for about a year and a half, and we both love each other very much... but we have had a problem, well i have. sometimes i just fell like that lovey dovey feeling is gone.. i mean it comes and goes but there are a lot of dull moments in our relationship....and sometimes when we are having sex i get mad at her... i get mad that we have to be quite bc i have roommates and that i cant feel much with a condom on, and that i have to constantly tell her to be quite. i have suffered from depression in the past and think it might be coming back, and causing me to be short with her and to be acting this way... does this just happen or is something wrong with me?

I can use and see whats on the screen if I put a light up to it, but otherwise it is completely dark.. as if the light just shut off.. It's bright for the first few seconds when starting up, then goes dark... I do need some answers soon, since i'm in china currently.. Not sure what to do now, need Your help! thanks..

I moved in with my cousins, the landlord said i was not to live there n e longer i stayed tho, they found out on that tuesday she said you have to be out by the following sun. i thought you had to get an eviction notice or something giving you 30 days to move.? Is that illegal? Not just me EVERYONE in the household.
