The Supreme Court explained that while the attractive nuisance doctrine does not ordinarily apply to adults, it may be applied where an adult is injured in an attempt to rescue a child who is imperiled by an artificial condition maintained by the landowner. (US Govt in this case)
The Attractive Nuisance here is the good jobs being made available to "illegal" immigrants, the citizenship offered automatically to all born on US soil, but the extreme riscs and dangers in obtaining those benefits.
This doctine makes the land owner (US Govt) liable for not protecting others from these known risks.
Does this doctrine help or hinder the postion of ICE raids, or, building a fence?
