Can u please tell me some reliable non-profit organizations where workers are sent to famine countries and regions battling poverty to help the poor by supplying food, medical assistance or anything to help them? Thanks

Feed the Children and World Vision are two that provide food to poverty stricken peoples world wide. Also Operation Blessing connected to CBN provides millions of tons of food to stricken and/or poor people world wide. Not to mention Salvation Army. Also try many Protestant churches that have missions in foreign countries plus the Catholic church. The UN has UNICEF, also there is a group called Doctors Without Borders that provides medical care all over the world.
There are lots more of these groups if you want to do some research.
