It may, indeed, be legal. Your cousins need to find their lease agreement and review it. There may be a statement about "guests" and limits of their stay in which case you don't have much of a leg to stand on. Also, look for any clauses on how many roommates are allowed, how many people are allowed, and/or who must be signed onto the lease and whether they can live there or not.
If no such statement(s) exists, they may need to give an eviction notice which might also give you grounds to fight them in court. The only question is would your cousin then have landlord trouble as a result? You can also check with local tenant agencies to confirm this.
One thing you should definitely consider if you want to stay, is offering the landlord additional rent for your presence. This may satisfy them and keep your cousin off the landlord's "bad tenant" list.

criminal bud is only hemp, which Im constructive you already know is only marijuana with a very low thc content textile, which signifies that smoking this is going to do no longer some thing because there is not any thc, it is the energetic ingredient that makes human beings intense. constructive it seems the picture of it, yet its thoroughly ineffective. I dont understand what you propose by using criminal bud, because there is not any bud it is criminal in america, federal regulation says its unlawful. What i concept you meant became bud that you word in magazines like intense circumstances, it is hemp, no longer different vegetation no longer grass, no longer lettuce. it really is ineffective if you're attempting to get intense, yet will be used industrially for most stuff. And for the female that went on about how its a conspiracy, it really is, yet that wasnt the question.

Yes, it is legal. Everyone who is living there has to be on the lease, rental agreement or contract. Most apartment complexes require you to notify them if you are going to have guest staying for a certain amount of time. That way they will not think you have someone living there.

If there was a lease stating the number of persons allowed to live in the apartment, then it is not illegal for all of you to be evicted. The lanlord can cite breach of contract. if there was no such provision in the lease then I don't think she can evict all of you, just those whose names are not on the lease.
