Okay, here's the recipe for perfection:
Fresh Machaca (shreaded beef - not chopped) cooked medium rare on the grill in lime juice.
Fresh thick soft corn tortilla lightly heated on the grill just before stuffing.
Fresh grated Sharp Cheddar cheese.
Fresh sweet Beefsteak Tomato.
Fresh Lettuce.
Freshly made Salsa Mexicana Autentiqua.
Y, finalmente FRESH sweet Cucumber, of course! Served by and eaten with a beautiful Senorita - with a smile!

The tres taco's with corn tortilla's from Baja Fresh.

Your joe-average crunchy taco from taco bell.

Home-made taco's with ground beef, lettuce, cheese, and that mild-medium red taco sauce from safeway with the lady on the front.

I make mine at home with:

Shredded iceberg lettuce
Chopped Tomato
Sliced Avocado

Green or black sliced olives
White or yellow mild grated cheese
Sour cream or Crema is optional

Make you own salsa

Sauteed beef or pork or chicken or turkey (ground) in a frying pan with some olive oil, two brine pack Jalapeno peppers, Gebhardt's Chili Powder, cumin, chopped onion, chopped garlic, Brown it really dark then take cooked pinto beans and mash them into the meat and spice mixture - you can use canned re-fried beans too.

Heat the taco shell in the oven, stuff with the meat mixture, add the avocado slices, then the tomato and lettuce, cheese,

Let people add their own salsa, olives, and crema
