I am looking for a place like a cd account that preserves/garantees principle. I have seen a couple mortgage companies likehttp://www.axiomrealtycapital.com/
http://www.rescapfunds.com/
that say they will preserve your capital. The reason I do not want to invest in cd account is because it offers to low of returns that are useless due to inflation and taxes.
I do not care if they don't offer fixed returns but as long as my principle investment stays secured I will be happy. And the "possible" return is greater than a cd account.

My boyfriend’s twin and his child’s mother live next door. This female constantly calls my fiancée with issues that she should be discussing with her mate but she doesn’t. She will then talk about my fiancée behind his back to his brother and other people. She’s done this in front of me several times. My fiancée feels sorry for her because her family is dysfunctional so he’s taken her under his wing but she’s causing a lot of problems. She walks around trying to act tough and she tries to talk tough. She’s even approached me several times trying to get me to believe my fiancée is cheating on me. However if he was why would she tell me? She’s always telling me that the only female that he’s never cheated on and she made sure of it was one of her friends who he dated many years ago. I’m trying to figure out what her problem is with us being together. How do I expose her to him so he sees she's a back stabbing "B"?

So he went to interview this farm and asked him.
What was one of your best moments on the farm?
The farmer answered,"Well my friend lost his sheep so a group of use went out and found it had s e x with it and gave it back to him."

Reporter: "i can't print that, what about another good/happy moment on the farm?"

Farmer: "Well the same friend lost his 18 year old daughter and the group got together and found her, had s e x with and took her home."

My purebred mini dachshund gave birth to 7 minatures. They were born November 11. When can I expect to sell them? I don't want to get rid of any of them. I have to. 6 girls and 1 boy is way much.
