Darn kids messin with our Alma mater. I think you're outta luck. Buy a new sweatshirt and tell your sister to ONLY write on the Notre Dame and Pitt sweatshirts.

I was able to get black permanant marker off pale pink jacket by spraying the areas with hair spray and letting it saturate, then applying Dawn dish soap to a baby toothbrush and scrubbing the area. It finally came off with the combination of both.

(btw, the blouse replaced into vast when I were given it, so it nonetheless suits now)

Oddly enough, I find hair-spray works wonders against ink stains.
Spray on, let it sit a few second and run the unstained side under water (so the water wont push the ink in the fibers).

Try bleaching. Although the effect after might affect the color :\ It would be okay if the sweatshirt was white. It won't look nice if the base colors are dark.

Just take it to the wash and dryers, and make sure you use these proper ingredients:

1) Vomit works best is this case
2) After done take it and push it down the toilet, and **** on it.
3) Just take it and stick it in your mouth, better than mouth wash: ).

Once doing all of that just toss in the can, you can never use it AGAIN.

I'm sure if this deosn't solve your problem. Just take an old rag, and make it into cloths, and go about your day.

trust me you can't get answers like this.
