My Dad has a cocaine and marijuana problem, and he knows it's affecting his life, but likes it too much to try to quit. He's 53 years old, and basically has given up on life, stating an overdose in Jamaica this spring is basically his dream way out. My mom has no idea, and if she does, she ignores it. My Mom is a manic depressive, and her outlook on life in general is a "tragedy". I want to save my family, what do I do when they don't seem to want help?

Personal I think I have very little interest in socializing although i like making new friends and never letting go of my old ones. i try once in a while to keep in touch with them. But i really dont have that aspect of my social life that interesting. too scared to go into a relationship and get my heart broken, too scared to be taken for granted and too scared to fall into the wrong hands.

I've seen a question too many stating how "Liberals do this" or "Conservatives do that". If you have a problem with policies generally held by that side, fine. But by stating that only one side or one party is the mastermind behind crimes, be it petty, sex or other, is low. Just low.
