It's been the toughest year of my life. If you don't believe that, check out my 360. I am trying and trying, but the upcoming holidays are making me even more overwhelmed and melancholy.I need to chill, but I just can't. Any ideas?

A close friend of mine was arrested recently.
He spent the night in jail. He has never had so much as a speeding ticket, much less been arrested and jailed.
He has to go to court in a week or so and is terrified that the judge is sending him back to jail. He's hinted @ suicide, rather than facing more jail time. Frightening, and it concerns me a great deal. If ANYONE has unofficial/off-the-record advice/help or experience w/ this sort of situation, PLEASE let me know! BTW, his paperwork stated the specific reasons for arrest:"violation of Pawn Brkr.s Act" and "theft, over $500" The latter, I've discovered, is a class 4 felony. Ohy Vey! So n e one familiar w/ such issues, please let me know ur thought. I and(even more so) my friend are terribly worried about his having to return to prison. Hopefully, w/ his lack of history w/ n e such issues, the judge will br lenient?

I have a big afro...I've recently told my friends that I want to get a mohawk...All of them were horrified, and even went as far as saying as they won't be seen in public with me.

How do you think he will be judged? Because when we're born our religious faith depends on which place/race we grown-up. So basically we have no choice but to embrace the traditional faith of our family. We may change or stick with that belief as we grow-up, but I as I've said.. how about if we're wrong?

My beloved cat NIBBLER (yes, I am naming & shaming) goes out almost every night now, and eats slugs / caterpillers then comes home. The result is, at normally around 4am, she throws up everywhere.

The wife is not too happy due to the lose of sleep and the fact we are about to have a new carpet put down.

Any ideas ?????

- Ideas already discounted
A) getting rid of the cat
B) locking her out at night / shutting her away(Nibbler not my wife)
C) keeping her in & using a litter tray (again Nibbler, not my wife)
D) Not getting carpet

many christians have told me it does I myself respect any religion as long as you do the right thing and it makes you happy and I myself am agnostic. Please just dont answer by saying something like "may the lord help you find peace i will pray for you" because it really gets on my nerves and doesn't answer my question.
