Propecia can help for men. I've been using it for 4-5 months now! There are many shampoos for hair loss. The shampoos i am very unsure about but it wouldn't hurt to use them all those they can very expensive. They make your hair look great short term but i find its just covering it up till one day it doesn't work no more. If you want long term then medication is the way forward combined with shampoo.
