Here's the situation. I'm a very sociable guy. I'm out at least once a week, usually twice, sometimes 3 or 4 times. Therefore, I also know a lot of people. I love going out in big groups, networking, introducing friends to other friends and such, so whenever I go out I wanna invite everyone I know. Now, the easiest way to do this is by cell phone. But it costs money. Just to send the initial email about whatever is I'm doing probably costs about $6 each time. This doesn't include writing back to people with questions. Not too much to spend for one event, but for 10, 15, 20 a month? Adds up. So what I do is, I send an email once a month detailing everything I'm gonna be doing for that month. Big money saver but... what happens is I get people emailing asking me what I'm doing that month, or I get people saying "you never told me what you were doing." Any suggestions on how I can get people info that they'll remember without having to spend too much money?

Does that mean you believe that God is a prankster that placed all the evidence that makes it such a consistent & scientifically logical explanation for the way the living world is as some kind of a "joke" to mislead non-Christians who have a lot of common sense? Or do you believe the "devil" is so powerful he was able to do that?

Restoration Movement Churches (churches that typically use the name "Christian Church" or "Church of Christ") have several things in common with Mormonism:
They both teach that one must be baptized in water for salvation.
They both teach that only baptism by full immersion is valid.
They both take the Lord's Supper every week.
They both teach that the "true Gospel" or apostolic teachings were lost/abandoned and had to be "restored".
etc.

What is the link between these two groups?
I have heard that Sidney Rigdon was a Church of Christ pastor who left to follow Joseph Smith. Any insight?

The woman's husband had been slipping in and out of a coma for several months, yet she had stayed by his bedside every single day.

One day, when he came to, he motioned for her to come nearer.

As she sat by him, he whispered, eyes full of tears, "My dearest, you have been with me all through the bad times. When I got fired, you were there to support me. When my business failed, you were there. When I got shot, you were by my side. When we lost the house, you stayed right here. When my health started failing, you were still by my side. You know what?"

"What dear?" she gently asked, smiling as her heart began to fill with warmth.

"I think you're bad luck."

Every since I found out I was pregnant I seem to have done nothing but cry ! My first three months I had terrible growing pains which were like period pains from hell, morning sickness was terrible, constipation was and is even worse, I had spotted 3 timees in my first 3 months , all was ok in the end but still very anxious times. You name it I have had it. I am now in my 21 weeks and have my 2nd scan tomorrow. I just want to enjoy being pregnant, and as plus sized mom to be, I am not even showing and noone can really tell that I am pregnant anyway, so I feel cheated ! I am finding maternity clothes for a size 26 impossible to find ! My poor fella has put up with so much, I just want to laugh and smile and not feel so anxious about everything ! I feel like I have lost myself somewhere in all this and would like to come back ! No one ever tells you that pregnancy can be hard !

Only problem is now I feel as though almost everyone says that my baptism did not count. It did count. I can tell that most of you are not of the Methodist church. Over half said that I do need to get re-baptized. I think that the best answer so far said that you didn't need to be baptized to get into heaven. Just believe in him. Which I do truely believe. Sometimes I wonder if I believe and love him enough? Sometimes I wonder if I am praying correctly? Sometimes I wonder if I were to die today would I go? I have asked for forgiveness. How do I know that he forgives? I am not one who can go before a whole congregation and confess my sins. He made me like this. I think he understands me. I hope my heart is correct.

You could argue that there is no proof that "God" exists, or you could argue that he does exist. Just because he is mentioned in a mythological book does not mean that he exists. Granted many religious people are also scientists, and vice versa. For example, I have seen and answered many questions here regarding the creation of the universe. As expected, the devoutly religious go straight to one answer: God. And the other half go on to explain the Big Bang theory. I guess my question really is: Why can't religous people at least try to look at it from a point of view that really makes sense, as opposed to believing that an invinsible supernatural being that lives in the sky is responsible for all this?

Maybe you make pics or scans of it and use special software on your pc to arrange your collection? Or you`ve built a shelf exclusive. Do you showcase it on your homepage or do you something else like that?
