My lease expired on 10/31/06. I have not signed a new lease as of 11/14/06. The existing lease states that if I do not sign a new one, that the current lease automatically extends, landlord is charging me $35 for every month that I do not renew lease.(it did not say for how long, month 2 month or yearly) Do I have to give my landlord notice that I am moving?
Also, I have had problems with electrical stuff, 2 hot in summer, and bcuz of probems, cud not run AC. Now, No heat, and landlord tells me that 5 more days for proper technician to come. currently 55 degrees in PA.
I am definitely moving out (end of month) but wanted to know best way to protect myself. FYI, landlord tried to evict me last month for Aug and Sep rent being late. I did a pay and stay agreement, paid all past due rent. I feel like they are jerking bcuz my rent was late last 2 months, should I just leave? or should I 'fight' cuz serious problems with 'standard of living'

I bought a brand, Color Pulse, and it said it would wash out in 8-10 days. Most of it is washed out, but not all of it. I have really dark blonde-light brown hair. It said not recommended on light hair people, but it will wash out. I do not understand why it is not washing out all the way. It has been dyed since Halloween. Have you ever used this brand and had a problem? Do you know why and how does it go away? Thank you.

In the United States Presidential Election, the president and vice president are chosen by the number of electoral votes they recieve from each state. When you go to the polls on election day are you really voting for who you want to be president? Or merely making a suggestion to the people with the "real" power to elect our leader? Do you know who your electors are? Can you trust them to represent what you really want? Do you think that America should change our voting system to one of popular vote only? Screw the points, I think we should be able to give out as many best answers per question as we want! Speaking for myself, there have been times where I would have chosen 5 or more, because they were so good. It's not fair to the others that gave great answers, and I feel bad when I can't pick 'em. My grandfather came over from Italy and was in the world war. I also care and understand the wantings of all immigrants. The united states was a "life boat" to the rest of the world, even more so back then. The problem in 2006 is that this life boat is completely full, in danger of sinking, and is carrying a lot of illegals that don't want to man the oars or bail out the water with buckets. What good does it do to help those that won't help themselves if we all perish?
