baby girl, if a guy is overly observant to your appearance, then i would say yes. he's interested in you.

I never notice a new hair cut unless I'm REALLY paying attention to a girl, which usually means REALLY attracted to her. But all guys are different, so that won't tell you much...

Depends on how often I see you. If I see you often, I'll notice that your hair is different, even if I'm not interested. If not, and I notice a change in your hair or new shoes, then I'm paying an awful lot of attention and you might take the hint that I'd like to see you more.

Probably a little bit of both... He could be really observant, or, he is complimenting you on it... a new shirt is more subtle than a new haircut; I wouldn't be suprised about the new haircut, but I would be about the shirt. Generally it would mean that he pays attention to you if he noticed the new shirt.

They are attracted to you...at least a little. No normal, straight guy ever notices things like hair cuts or clothing(except revaling, sexy clothing, of course). It just does not happen.

Wow, that could be anything. It depends on the individual guy. Is this something that is in character for him? Does he often say things to the girls? He could be a flirt! Does he only do this for a select few? He could be observant! But....If he has only done this to you just a few times he could be a bit shy and very interested! Just a guess.

I guess it depends on their personality and how they react to things. I mean sometimes when guys say that then they are just noticing things but others however, they are different and they maybe attracted it depends on the person.

I think it's both. They are paying attention to you because they are attracted.

Little of both yes. Taking the time to notice is one thing. but taking the time to say something reveals a little more if you catch my drift. Give it a little more time, you'll be able to feel it out more clearly later I guess...
Good luck
