I dont know yet if she has it, but I think she does. I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow and if she has it can I be tested for it too? I heard it can be passed on to humans and she basically sleeps on my face every night.

well i seen him/her scratching the butt but i gave him a worm pill but i checked his butt well i seen a string hanging from the kittens butt with poop but the string wont come out
wat should i do??
the kitten is goin 2 the "doctors" the 14th of this month
how would he/she get a string by his butt?
should i b worried?? i took off the poop but string is still there
it doesnt act like its hurting him/her

As an American, having lived in shame of her country's government for the past 6 years, I am curious as to how I am perceived by people in other countries. I have long felt an affinity with other nations, hoping to spend my life in many (namely England, France or Italy, perhaps even Canada)..if nothing else, I want to travel to said countries as soon as possible. Should I wear an "I'm American; I apologize" shirt, or simply avoid stating my country of origin? I've spent these years of shame hoping that my fellow beings realizes all Americans are not the same, but I can't really know the truth without hearing it firsthand. Cheers.

Divided government is not such a bad thing! It restores the Checks and Balances mentioned in the Constitution. A President has to reach out to the opposition Congress and vice versa.

Some of the best Presidents lived with a Congress in the opposition; think of Reagan, Truman. It's forced Presidents to reach across party lines to pass legislation; again, think of Reagan & Tip O'Neil or Clinton & New Gingrich.

As for one party controlling everything, well......Just look at George W. and Jimmy Carter.

I am not talking about relationships in which there is abuse - but relationships in which people grow apart and one party is not committed enough to work it out. One person has an affair and the other person is destroyed. One person jumps into a serious relationship with the "other woman/man" and believes they have now found the person who they will spend the rest of their lives with. The other person has absolutely nothing to give emotionally. How does a married couple, who could predict each others thoughts, get so far apart? Who is crazier - the person who moves on immediately or the one who does not? Or do we all just go a little crazy until we accept what has happened and truly moved on with no bitterness, anger or hurt?
