Well i like this guy...but everyone is telling me not to like him...and i mean just this morning one of my friends ran up to me...and was like DO U LIKE HIM!! and started yelling at me and i was like da-amn do u like him and she was like no no no...and i was like right...but i really dont kno what to do...??? should i just keep on likley him and maybe date him...or should i back off cause they are telling me he is i bad person...but i dont htink he is and i have known him for a long time

Looks like the balance in the House has switch but the Republicans still have control of the Senate. Currently the situation in 49 for the Republicans and 47 for the Dems. Even if the Dems do take those two states, the Senate will be stuck in a dead even tie. The two independents could carry the Senate either way. But, for now Republicans still have its power structure, with the presidency and the Senate.

but I just read in a celeb magazine that they think Charlotte Church is great because she stuffs her face and doesnt go to the gym, I dont know if this is even true, but what sort of magazine encourages no exercise at all? People should be being educated on the benefits of regular exercise, no wonder there are so many people obese!

Hi,

My water tank has a pump attached. With the pump switched off the pressure is awful - the water trickles out of the taps (hot and cold). (except kitchen cold water tap which i assume comes straight from the mains?). With the pump on everything is fine, except a couple of things which concern me:

1. the pump continually activates for about 10 seconds every few minutes - whether or not i'm using any water. Is this right?

2. i get loads of air locks. after having a shower the sink tap splutters for a while, and the toilet re-filling often makes horrible spluttering noises. Is this ok or should I do something about it?

3. Is it worth me turning off the pump when I go out/at night etc to save money and wear and tear? This comes back to point 1 - i'm not sure it should be activating so much... but is turning the pump on and off contributing to the air locks?

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

I have been following the news and quite honestly, I'm astounded at the media attention this Farepack hamper company is being given, and the please for help. I cannot understand why people have even been considering this as a means to providing for Christmas, the hampers are ridiculously over priced, the toys and gifts, crap and vouchers, well, they can be purchased throughout the year. So why, do so many of the so called 'low income' groups fall for this type of business, why not simply be self disciplined and save money in a bank where you cannot get access without say 90 days' notice, or buy vouchers throughout the year and put safe to one side, and with regards food, why not simply put aside the free goods on the BOGOFF deals?
I also do not understand the government giving this air time, this is a business gone bust, if it were a sofa company with promises to deliver in time fro Christmas, and went bust, they would'nt be getting air time in the House of Commons? WHY, is this?
